Winchester is just on the edge of the South Down National Park which offers fantastic walking/ cycling routes. For a great day out there’s Marvell Zoo (2 miles), English Heritage sites including Bishops Waltham Palace (3 miles), Corhampton Golf Club (6 miles) or Itchen Valley Country Park (6 miles) all within easy reach and there’s something to keep everyone entertained.
You’ll access this property via its own private, named gate to the right-hand side adjacent to the owners property and you’ll be welcomed by a large, enclosed garden and the main entrance. Upon entering this stylish holiday home, you’ll find yourself in the main open plan living area. This bright and airy space offers a cosy but stylish atmosphere, ideal for anyone looking for a lovely holiday escape. The living room area offers ample comfortable seating surrounding the large smart TV, a perfect spot to relax in after a long day out exploring. There’s a dining table which overlooks the garden and is suitable for up to 4 people, offering a spacious spot to plan the day ahead over breakfast. Moving over to the kitchen area, here you’ll find a large bar with bar stools wrapping around the modern, well-equipped kitchen which creates a great social space - the owner's cat may even pop in to say hello. The final room on this floor is the shower room which is next to the living space. Moving upstairs onto the mezzanine level you’ll find the cosy double bedroom, offering light and relaxing décor this makes for the perfect space to completely unwind and reboot ready for another day of adventure.
Finally, as we head back out to the back of the property through the kitchen, there is a private garden. Here you’ll find a hot tub which is perfectly situated for a relaxing evening whilst the sun sets over the fields along with outdoor seating and a BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining in the summer sunshine.
