Open to the living room is the dining area, which has an adjacent bar cart and seats six comfortably at the table and two at the bar. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal for the family. Right under the staircase is a powder room.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a balcony to take in the Calibogue Sound. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a king bedroom with an ensuite featuring a combination tub and shower.
